I am deeply impressed with these guys. The service I received was professional, blazing fast, and fairly priced. They communicated openly about pricing throughout the process. They even noticed one of the bolts holding my license plate was broken and replaced it without being asked and without charging me. I'll definitely be back for future repairs.

I dropped my car off at noon to have the a/c Freon level checked and I was told everyone was at lunch and would be back in an hour. There would be two cars ahead of mine but they would get to mine the same day. I forgot I didn’t have my car and at 10:00pm I realized my car was still gone. It’s Friday and they are closed all weekend. I won’t get my car back until Monday! Why didn’t they call me to let me know what was going on??? Just because I dropped my car off doesn’t mean I don’t need it this weekend and they can just keep it however long they want to. Really bad customer service in my opinion. Shame on you Lakewood Car Clinic. This is 100% not acceptable behavior.
